Are all Sales Final At Jacobs Liquidation & Auction?
Yes, all sales are final and there are absolutely no exchanges.
Although we go through the inventory the best we can, we highly encourage you to make sure you have looked over your purchase before buying. There is also a testing table to plug in anything you wish to test. Any of our wonderful staff would love to help show you where the testing table is.
What does an 'X' mean on a product price tag?
If there is an ‘X’ on a product it usually means there is something not 100% right with the product, so if you see this look the product over well or ask for help!
What methods of payment does Jacobs Liquidation accept?
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Amex
If I have purchased a large item, do I have to take it that day?
Any large items can be picked up during regular operating hours. Or arrangements can be made for it to be picked up during the week.
When are your auctions and how do I find out about them?
Auctions are held at random dates throughout the year. The best way is to sign up to our newsletter at https://jacobsliquidation.com/inventory-alerts. We send out emails when we are having an auction.
Where is the best place to park at Jacobs Liquidation?
We have parking for about 200 vehicles, so find a spot in our parking lot!
Is there a loading zone if I purchase a large item or many items?
Yes, of course you may pull your vehicle up right in front of our doors as this is a loading zone.

How often do you receive new inventory?
We receive new weekly inventory, ensuring a fresh and diverse selection each visit.
Can I shop online?
We currently offer in-store only shopping experiences at 1911 James St. South St Marys.
